    I bought stuff from Myer, DJs and Body Shop on friday. Only Body Shop generated the email straight away, but Myer and DJ had no emails at all. Got the statement credits for all 3 on Tuesday.

    I had pay-waved in both Myer and DJ, but had to insert the card and enter the PIN in body shop…maybe the emails aren't generated if the machine is storing transactions offline?

        Did you register for the separate DJs AMEX offer? That was probably why you didn't get the credit; if you registered you probably would have gotten the $20 back for that offer.

          I didn't get a separate offer, only the Vogue. Now that I see DJ Amex is excluded but I got credits from the non DJ stores.

          Looks like a discrepancy between the terms in the app (including the full terms in the app) and the full desktop site. In the app, the terms say that if your card is ineligible, you will get an error message.

        The conditions stated that DJs AMEX were excluded and it seems those with DJs AMEXes who enrolled for the Vogue offer, but not the separate DJs AMEX offer before it ended on the 2nd and spent at DJs didn't get the credit.

          just spent another $50 at DJs Elizabeth and this time got the "Thank you for spending with your Vogue Amex Offer" email. So looks like now that the DJs offer has expired the Vouge one takes over.

    Received Cash back for purchased made on the 30 Aug, Amex only trigger some of the cash back for 30 Aug, still waiting for more cash back for 30 Aug. I have a feeling Amex system did not trigger correctly for the cash back for this event.

        Amex has very good customer service, from my experience. Just give them a call, let them know the transaction and all will be sorted. Have experience with this in past promotions.

        Sometimes, they may prefer to stick to the letter of the T&C, which says: Credit should appear on your billing statement within 5 days from qualifying spend but may take up to 90 days from offer end date.

        In one instance, they asked me to wait the 90 days, and if credit was not added, they would manually adjust my account. Which was what they did eventually.

        So worst-case scenario is just a bit of wait, no need to worry, they always honour the promotion offer. Hope this helps.

    Got emails from all my purchases. About 2/3 have been credited, but the rest is still missing. There does not seem to be a pattern… I have shopped at the same store with different cards, and some are credited while others are not. All my cards also have some credited but not all.

          I went and made 2 transactions of $20 and $10.

          2 days later i got a statement credit of $15 and $10. Not sure what happened but im happy lol
