Apparently Bangkok and surrounding provinces are still under a state of emergency, and the Aus Government have currently listed Thailand as a "Reconsider your need to travel" threat level. http://www.smartraveller.gov.au/zw-cgi/view/Advice/Thailand.
That said, if I'm still awake at that time I'll log on and get some free tickets.

you should not fly out from Cambodia if possible, the ticket you book doesn't include airport tax which is $25 USD payable at the airport. You can just get bus ticket from Thailand to Cambodia which is only $8USD to Siem Reap and around $12USD to Phnompenh.
You can fly to Cambodia and take bus back to Thailand to avoid paying $25USD airport tax :)
