    Have you done some research on ebay? Ypur price is still more expensive than the other seller on ebay,havent said that you dont pay ebay fees.

    Why buying through your website will need to pay more than you ebay store?

    Bought a PTX2 from these guys last year via their ebay store so I could clone my gate remote. (You only need the original remote to program a second one.) Very handy having a complete set of spare keys for guest access. As long as you don't tell the real estate…

      Hi, is it a key with buttons to operate the doors? If so, it is best to check the battery first if haven't done so as this might be the issue.

          Yes, we only sell the shells/cases so no electronics. If you haven't checked the battery, that would be the first step. If it is not the battery you can purchase complete keys from eBay or a local locksmiths. If you buy online, you will require to possibly have the key cut or the transponder coded by a locksmiths.

      Hi,

      Every motor is different but it is usually a method of pressing a button on the motor and pressing a button on the new remote. If you reply with your brand and model number I can give you specific instructions.

    Hi, i'm looking to purchase some remotes for the merlin mt100evo. Is there anyway of using the merlin remote to control both merlin and my gate which is a ditec GOL4? thanks

      Thank you very much for your question. The only way to have one remote control both is to add a receiver to one of the motors to match the other. We do not stock these but any garage installer could do this for you and it will most likely cost about $150.

    Hi, I bought the ATA PTX4 recently and was successful at cloning the front gate and garage signals from an existing remote to the new one. But having trouble with the home security system. No idea why as I had done this successfully in the past with other remotes via the cloning method. Any suggestions?

      You will not be able to clone the alarm using the same method. Your alarm will have a receiver which is a small box attached to it somewhere. You will have to locate this box and it will have a button on the box that you will use to program the remote.

    Are there plans to sell any PTX-5V2 compatible units in the future? Or is it possible to program the original unit without access to the motor? I live in an apartment and the motor unit is behind a locked door.

      We stock the genuine remote for the PTX5v2 which can be coded to the motor remotely but you will need an existing operational original remote to do this. We plan to have an aftermarket version in the next few months.

    Another happy customer here. I ordered a remote from them after getting advice about my particular motor/remote combo that went beyond what Googling and manual searching on my behalf was able to find.

    They packed the remote appropriately and it came with their own instructions which were a hell of a lot clearer and easier to use than other remotes I've bought online before.
