Penfolds Bin 28 Shiraz 2013 Vintage 6 Bottles for $144 ($24 Per Bottle) C&C @ BWS ($211.20 @ Dans) @ Cellarmasters

130
20OFF

Haven't posted a quality wine deal in awhile and the Bin 28 is one of my fav drops under the $30 price range :)

It is the 2013 vintage receiving 94 points from James Halliday.

Retails for $211.20 ($35.20 a bottle) for case of 6 @ Dan Murphys

Don't forget

Also Cellarmasters currently have a 20OFF promotion which takes 20% off the total price for wine orders over $100.

FYI I am associated with Cellarmasters through BWS C&C :)

  • Slightly off topic, are you able to see other BWS store's deleted lines or what's being deleted?

    • +1

No unfortunately, deleted lines are dependent on each store :)

    • PM me.

  • Thanks Op! whats your pick of the best value (drinkable) aussie bubbles under $20? The Pirie is excellent, but $28 is a bit of a stretch.

    • +1

The Pirie is my pick too, comes down to $23.192 with 20OFF code. Then get 5% wish gift cards bringing it down to ~$22 a bottle. Then go through Cashrewards and it will come down to around ~$20 a bottle which is a steal :)

      • thanks looks like CPANEW + CR+Wishcard brings it down to $18/bottle….

    • -1

2 cases of Pirie @ $16.50 per bottle ($197.88) today only at Cellarmasters using CASHREWARDS code at checkout :)

      • Thanks
        .3..2…1….bought! Thanks champ!

I bought the Crux but its terrible. So I'm returning it. This will make up for it

  • Out of stock?

    • Yes unfortunately, have updated deal :)

    Showing as out of stock…

    @ShamelessBargains will you be restocking?

    • Didn't expect this deal to be so popular. I hadn't even received my wish gift card from CR yet so missed out.

  • James Halliday, 94 points means not worth it, unless other honest critics says otherwise
also Penfolds = over priced 3 times

    • +1

Fair enough, I know a lot of people who use Halliday's so just used it for reference.

Penfolds are quite good I reckon as they have wines for every price category.

Like the Koonunga Hill is a cheapie, Bin 28/128/8/9 are good mid range, Bin 389 and St Henris are great and the Granges are the pinnacles.

  • good deal Op. Shame you missed out, i was still dead asleep otherwise would have grabed a few cases!

    • There will always be more quality wine deals to come! I have slept through so many decent Ozbargain deals in the past..

  • +1

FYI would have been cheaper using CPANEW to get $50 off ($120 min spend) :)
