High Quality Saffron and good deal

  • Would be interesting to know if people would prefer to buy Iranian Saffron or Persian. I personally would like to know where it came from and who the farmers are, so Iranian for me I guess. Poll time?

    • what is different btwn iran/persian?

      • +1

Persia is Iran. Iran is the modern name for the area.

what deal can you do on 500g?

        • Please send an email to [email protected]
My colleague will contact you shortly after. Thank you very much.

  • How long do they keep for?

    • If you keep it from moisture and air (keep it in an air tight box) it will last you at least 2-3 years.

    @Saffron-Store,
What is the difference between the 1g, 2g, 4g & 5g saffron packs' contents (apart from the weight)?
Because some are marked as Saffron Store Premium, another is Saffron Store, another is Premium Grade-1 Sargol Saffron, etc
    It's confusing.

    Thank you Very Much,
    George

    • I would also like to know this, as the site's different labeling is confusing.

    • Thanks for the comment. yes, at the moment all are saffron are the same quality with different packaging. It is Grad-1 with colour code 220+.
We used to have different qualities which we ran out.
Your feedback about the categories is much appreciated. I will get our tech guy to fix this in the website. Thank you very much!

      • Store direct or can we ebay it at this price also?

        • It is store direct. Thank you,

  • Aldi has/had 0.5g for $2.99 btw :)
It's a decent enough size if you've not tried Saffron before.

    • That's good price. Not sure about the quality though. Have you tried it? What is the origin of it?

      • Appears to be good quality with a deep crimson red, suggesting there's not yellow stem utilised.
As for origin, it stated locally packaged from imported ingredients.
Yet to try it, as not sure what basic dish to try it in where the difference would be obvious, let alone how much to utilise.
It's dated for use by some time in 2018.

Might be something you could offer, an introductory starter pack, priced accordingly :)
