    I just ordered mine. Ignore the 'coupon not available' sign. I added mine in and they worked. Still available, I just ordered 5 minutes ago, cost me $18. Why is it cheaper for Melbourne!!

      U can get RIMLESS standard glass for less than $20 bucks from a shop
      But ya in australia people get ripped off.

    i bought one when there is a special for South Australian. great quality, you will not be dissapointed. they even give you a small screw driver to tighten loose bolts overtime.

    I managed to order 2 pairs one for myself and for hubby paying 15$ postage each. I bought last month a pair for hubby. They were real good quality glasses. I can't imagIne myself paying a fortune again for glasses.

      if you are afraid not getting the benefit. try checking out and pay later. i emailed the customer service to amend my prescription details and they did change them. awesome customer service

    I ordered two pairs of glasses in two separate orders and they still took my money. Hope they don't cancel my second order due to the "one pair per house" thing otherwise I guess I'll use someone else's address.

    Does anyone know how you can view your order?

    Like with most websites you can log in and see your past orders. Whereas with Clearly contacts i can only find a login to track the order but nothing regarding the details, of the order.

    are you guys sure it's only available for Prescriptions from -2.00 to +2.00? my prescription lies outside of these measurements but when I ordered it, it still works. Total was only $16.43

      I ordered some 1.5x lenses and it worked fine too.

      I am a little unsure as to why you need to give them prescription details to get a simple 1.5x lens though

        Because 1.5x lens refers to the type of lenses. I.e. the refractive qualities. You still need to give your glasses prescription so they are the correct strength for your eyes.

    hi guys
    i dont know the other details of my prescription but i know that its -1.50
    and it says 8.6 on my contact lenses cover. can i still make the order without
    other details such as SPH, CYL, AXIS etc?

      Yes…you can still make an order.

      Because most contacts don't correct for Agstimatism you won't have a CYL.

      Therefore just leave CYL and AXIS blank.

      SPH should be the power of your contacts. I.e. -1.50.

      8.6 refers to the Base curve of the contact lenses. It is not neccessary for glass prescriptions.

    i ordered 2 glasses for my wife using my name and her name, different address as well. But one of the orders got cancelled after a while. they said the precriptions were the same, so they reckoned the promotion was for 1 presciption only. what a pitty.:(

    Ridiculous, I just checked and my order was cancelled? I dont think I did anything wrong and have ordered from them before. I only ordered one pair, am in sydney and I dont think the glasses i got has a no coupons attached to it. Just sent them an email about it.

    hmmm.. just got their response about why my order was cancelled and it was basically a copied and pasted T&C from the initial post

    What i don't get is that i've never bought from them before so it would have been my first order (legit), but anyway, i'm just chasing my refund of shipping coz it was via Paypal funds i had in my acct, and if they cancelled it, then why don't they refund my shipping asap??? (better $ in my account than theirs, right)

    Not really good Customer service IMO

    Just got mine today.
    It comes in Clearly Contacts cardboard box. The glasses come with cheaply built Clearly Contacts Compartment (mine already comes with scratches) and cheap cloth.
    I ordered a Ltede frame, and I have to say, the build quality is very mediocre.
    I would probably only have this as backup.

    Not complaining. It's free and it does the job.

    However, if you are going to buy one, do check the photos carefully. Images are pretty much Photoshopped (orange is actually bronze). Don't expect a high-end finish, it's still most likely a budget glasses.

    Came in a Gucci box with Gucci cleaning cloth even :)

    All my orders have arrived!! =D Two Marc Jacobs, one Vera Wang, and one Cole Haan…all in their branded cases with branded cleaning cloths. Very happy with the quality, and the in-laws and parents are happy too.
