This looks, but is not, anatomically accurate and yes it is part of their Halloween gear, but I reckon it would be great (rough reference) for any student studying anatomy and wants a life sized skeleton.

Correct. From memory though, when studying anatomy we mainly needed hand and foot models to study the carpals and tarsal positions and landmarks- so hopefully they are anatomically correct on this model. But hard to see on the pic
