Are you a rep for this company ? or have any affiliation with them ?

Obviously, otherwise how do they know that it's under new management, and why would it be relevant for them to even state it? Sounds like new owners just spamming. Also, only new clients and ignoring existing ones, what a joke, obviously they don't give a crap about existing customers - money from new clients is number one priority for them it seems. Knowing this, would you trust them with your pet?

        Exactly!

I NEVER patronize any retail establishment that gives better offers to new Customers than their old, loyal ones.

They only care about the money.

I certainly wouldn't trust my Pet with this money-hungry Vet.

  • i saw the feed title "free consultation or 20% of sterilisation" and got excited thinking it was for male humans.. lol
(actually, aussie males are elligible for similar discount under medicare rebate)

  • VICTORIA ONLY!

  • I understand why companies do this, to get you to try a different vet instead of your old one. So it's not good if you're a loyal customer but if they're a decent vet they would keep their old customers in different ways.

I do think that a free consult is a bargain.

But I think it needs to be stated it's very location specific in the post. And if the poster is a rep then it needs to be stated
