Power up this authentic 2-in-1 dragster replica, featuring a distinctive “muscle car” look and an array of true-to-life details, including a massive V8 engine with moving pistons, working steering, huge rear tires, large exhaust and a big rear spoiler. Raise the body shell to reveal the chassis, exhaust pipes and working transmission. This Power Functions upgradable model comes with wheelie function and an awesome vivid-blue and black color scheme and cool flame stickers. Rebuild it to create a Supercharged Dragster!

    Not with the basic Power Functions kit, though it'd be very simple to add the (overpriced) IR Receiver module.

  Apparently it may not come with the instructions for building the supercharged dragster. So if not here is that manual Supercharged Dragster

    FWIW, most of the Technic kits don't come with instructions for the alternate build, and can only be found online.

  I bought this for my nephew and he loves it. He's 12 and managed to build it no worries.

  It's also a pretty big model. It enables him to race it around. And with the power functions it shoots in a straight line and manages to survive a few crashes.

  Hope this helps if you're trying to decide to get it or not.

  Built this myself as my reintroduction to technic….32 yrs old…Great fun and highly recommend given the size/price ratio!
