Mounting my mobile on the front right side of the dashboard, the phone is getting hot due to direct sunlight. A 6"×6" sunblock on the lower right Windshield will keep it cool, is there anything like that available somewhere?

The bogan way.
A small section of blank perforated window decal might do the trick. Easy to cut down and install/remove.
You've probably seen the stuff used for stick-on L&P Plates or on public transport advertising that covers windows.
I'm not sure where you'll be able to get it blank, maybe ring up some local businesses who do vehicle signage. You might even be able to get some off-cuts for free! :)
I have my phone in the same spot since it's way too distracting in the middle. I'm lucky since it sits right above an AC vent so I can keep it cool with the airflow.
