My work chair doesn't have them, my home chair hasn't for years now, not sure I'd prefer them or not - so would like a chair with removable arms (like my current (and really old) chair has) so can try both options.
The specifications are listed the same on the site, but I think it has to do with weight. Rated to 150kg with aluminium and something like 110kg with the nylon base.
I used to love having arms but they're really just a hassle… They encourage appalling posture when sitting, and perform table flips when you spin around to get out of the chair haha. I migrated from some generic no armed chair to a Buro chair at work. At this price, I'll definitely be grabbing them for home as well :)
My current seat is a roughish fabric which isnt the most comfortable in summer (with no pants)…Don't suppose you've taken ur pants off at work to judge this?
Ahaha no :p I can't imagine it would be all that comfortable. The fabric is quite smooth, but not that smooth
