Can't believe you get the full game and first expansion for $10!! I'm sitting here like a loyal sucker fan waiting for blood and wine to go on sale.
Seems to be $27.72 with gold on the ms store for the wild hunt edition, is it worth paying $14 more for goty physical disc? I suppose you can re-sell it. Ms store has the goty for $48 as well. Based on the reviews, The main game contains 100hrs of game play. The 2 expansions that come with GOTY add another 50hrs to the game. Those expansions have won several awards as well. However, You might get sick of the game after 100hrs and might want to sell the copy. ( i dont think many people will replay these type of lengthy games). But, a physical goty copy will have good resale value. You could sell it for $20 in 6 months.
GOTY edition includes both expansions (hearts of stone & blood and wine), that's at least 30 hours extra of gameplay (not including side quests). Definitely worth it IMO
Can anyone confirm if the GOTY version comes with one or two discs on xbox one? I picked up a copy from a store this week and when I opened it, it had 2 of everything includings discs. They are not marked disc 1 and 2 so I am wondering if I ended up with 2 copies so I can get rid of one. Great game!
An unboxing video I have seen seemed to have only one DVD. Maybe you were lucky :).
The Batman vs Superman Ultimate Edition Bluray I got with my xbox had 2 DVDs. First contained the only the movie. Second DVD contained the whole movie + extra 30 mins of movie + all the Behind the screen stuff. So I gave the first one away. :)
Anyway, do you mind revealing where you bought it and for how much? :)I got it from big w for $49. I saw her get the package out of the drawer and put it in the case. When I opened it the was only one space for the disc to be locked in but in the other side with all the paperwork there was another disc sitting in between these. I am thinking she may not have noticed it. I will have a look at the unboxing video. Cheers
