Not sure if it's my unit of the cross leveler but the red dot keeps coming on and then the laser turns off. I think it might be battery issue so I put in some eneloop freshly charged and still get the same problem. If I use brand new energizer then it is fine for 10-20min use and then the red dot is back and thing randomly turns off. Very very annoying!

Oh I didn't buy it from you guys, actually got it from masters, but just passing my experience from using the quigo. Do you think it sounds like the unit it faulty? I'm not sure how long the battery usually last on these laser things, just seems like its burns through battery way too fast.

I bought this from you guy over the weekend http://www.supergriptools.com.au/bosch-400w-135-150mm-random… I think it's very good value plus the free delivery.

        • I bought a cheap Chinese DLM (does 40m) for $36. I have been running a cheap set of AAAs for about 18m. Used it for about an hour.

If you are using it constantly, one set of batteries could easily be consumed. For casual use, a laser measure like the Bosch should last for a few hours of constant use.

I also have a friend with the 30m Bosch who has used the same batteries for about 3 years.

  • Was wondering if the Bosch PMD7 be able to find studs? Sorry, being a newbie in this area.

  • Same deal available for Bosch blue range?

  • A reflection of my first and recent purchase from supergrip. I just received my sander from them. The item appears used and not brand new. It's a Bosch blue. The seal on the box has been torn clearly indicating it has been opened, not brand new. The box itself looks like it's been through the wars. Sticky taping everywhere holding it in place. The bottom flaps are half torn as well. Very disappointing! Everyone else with similar experience love to hear it. Hoping it's a once off and they will rectify the problem ASAP.
