Hi there, I have purchased a Samsung S7 EDGE from qd_au(ebay) which is belong to Grey import. I accidentally dropped my phone last night and the screen is broken then :< I asked some repairers in Chatswood and they charged me around 450-600…Just wondering can a get warranty from seller? Plus, can I get warranty when I bring it to Hong Kong as it's grey import from Hong Kong. Anyone has any similar situations? Thanks

Warranties do not cover damage incurred when you drop your phone.
Dropped the phone and broke the screen isn't covered by warranty even if you bought the it in Australia

Check your home insurance, and perhaps your credit card insurance features, if you paid by card.
Then remember the edge phones look cool…What warranty? You dropped it…

even if it is a grey import or buying local you wont be able to claim under warranty.
if you paid by credit card and your card have phone screen protection then you could have used it.
