About a month ago, I ordered a pair of sunglasses from Auspecs which did not suit - my prescription had issues with the style. They FULLY refunded my money inc cost of postage back to them. That's a very good customer service and instils confidence.
In the meantime my healthfund has upped my rebate effective April 10, so I was waiting until then to place another order, and was then going to advise of my experiences.
As you can tell I am impressed by their service and will order again, their prices are extremely reasonable and it took about 2 weeks to deliver. My local budget spec shop took about the same time to call me for my last order. Auspecs were considerably cheaper. Obviously gets my vote.
Thanks ozpete for the report. Although I don't wear glasses but my wife does so I know how much they cost (and she just bought a new pair from local OPSM — bad bad choice!)
Received the two pairs I ordered for $112 and $128 (have higher index lens) and extremely happy. Worth a look people, my local budget spec shop was $500 for the same pair I paid for $112 and I can still claim $70 back from my health fund.
