Miss out on the Opera House Australia Day tickets, why not listen to the dulcet tones of The Corrective Services Band against the romantic backdrop of Government House, Sydney. It seems you can even grab a traditional sausage sanga while you are there (costs extra!).

When: Thursday, 26 January 2017 - House and Gardens open in 'free flow' mode from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm

Entertainment provided by Corrective Services Band and Police Band will commence at 10:00 am.

It does support the SES who have been going above and beyond the last few years for us all, but I didn't put the Sizzle in the title, just thought people might like to know it was available.

    • Will they be singing **** the powlice with ice cube

      • You could try and start a jam while throwing ice cubes?

  • Don't know if Sydney has more than one Corrective Services band, but they played at our local carols a few years ago.

They had a female lead singer and did some Christmas songs as well as some big band numbers from the ?1950s and they sounded awesome!

    • Ok, now I am confused, don't bring the big fella into it now. He is probably busy that day.
