Why is it better on the pro? Just better graphics?
1: Options of 4k and 60fps. So smooth on 60fps.

I have seen it cheaper a couple of months ago but this is the cheapest I've seen for a while. I picked up my copy from eb as well. Great game and works well with the pro.
This edition includes the Artbook though, so you get a little extra for a little more.
The copy I saw at Target also had the booklet.
There is only one edition of the game - which is the one that has the artbook as the disc's case (disc holder at the back cover of the book).

I think OGS sell both, oddly, the one i'm assuming to be a standard copy, costs more, for no artbook…

Just answering a question the OP asked.
They asked whether it was the cheapest, not if it had been cheaper in the past.
I'm waiting for the Steam version to go on humblebundle. Not going to be any time soon probably, but I got plenty of things to play till then.
