      I managed to order some C&C from CityX, but this morning received this email…

      "Regrettably it is my task to inform you the set of sennheiser headphones you had ordered was not available
      in stores for collection. Online department have had a glitch in the system apparently which put these on
      and have been informed that it now been fixed.
      I will be setting up a online refund request for you so you can get your paid funds returned."

    Just placed an order for pick up in Coffs. Says they are suited towards mobile usage so hopefully will work with PS4 controller. If not they will join the collection at work…

      They'll work fine. Any 3.5mm headphones will work with the PS4 controller or the newer Xbox One controllers.

        I didn't find out. Local ran out and swapped for some noise cancelling panasonics. Surpringly good but the leatherette pads to not breath at all so not great for gaming.

    Bought one from Browns Plains store in Brisbane. Looks like plenty of stock for it to still work this late :) Going to try and use it for the Xbox One new white controllers that came with the slim model.

    I just got 2 (one for myself and one for my partner) after price matching with Officeworks over the phone since the store near my home did not have stock available. In my 1st call, one of Officeworks staff denied to do price match cause she said the item was on clearance. Called back 2nd time (after checking with Harvey Norman customer service if this headphones were on clearance, which were not), other staff was happy to process the order for me. So total amount for 2 plus delivery cost is $79 and some cents.. still cheaper than 1 with original price.

        That's because stores receive updates in sequence as to not crash or slow down the system. It's weird that the online price hasn't changed though.

      haha, probably because <$40 and 60% off RRP is the sweet spot for everyone who doesn't need headphones buying them anyway "because it's such a good deal".

        Yeah I know, but $60 back in December 2015 represented a decent saving considering how new the model was back then. Fast forward over a year and they shouldn't even be $100 anyway ;)

        Just an interesting observation. By keeping the RRP high (and the selling price up there too) our perceived value is higher now than it was over a year ago

    10 available at campbelltown HN and a couple at Livo HN. Got 1 of 2 left at OW hoxton park. Called up to ask for their price and see if they can pricebeat HN, said the price gap is huge but they can price beat if i come in today (as sale ends today at HN. Got there and the system was updated to $38 so no pricebeat :(

      Try to go to OW and scan the price anyway. Some comments above you suggesting that OW has actually lowered the price (although it has not reflected online)

      I use a coiled headphone extension cable. Reduces cord damage from headphone accidents that test the headphones' cable integrity.

      And I got a call saying they can't fullfil my order.

        Get the 471i, the sony and the panasonic ones are very bad.

        the 471i is 180 dollars and is better version of HD451, less bass and better clarity

    I ordered this with office work and they are sort of idiots. they cancelled my order and said they don't have this in stock and they said they can't give me other options like HN.
