Mineral glass surface at this price ? How disappointing…

    • Well at least it's been bedazzled…

      Decent looking watch otherwise

    • At this kind of price range you'd often be looking at titanium as well. This might be a good price for this watch, but there are definitely nicer Citizens that come up for sale regularly.

I will vouch for Starbuy though. I've got half a dozen watches from them over the years, and they've always been excellent.

      • Not with a few dozen diamonds

      • Titanium is a personal thing because it can really change the feel of the watch. I'd rather it wasn't titanium.

        • Lighter weight .. :-) .. !!

        • @cornucopia: I prefer the heft of steel and Ti marks easier.

        • @ilikeit: Mmm .. I guess it depends on what you do with your watch on .. if you're going to do home renovations etc then any metal will scratch. I have a Titanium Eco Drive that I bought in the US in 1996 (appears this was the very first series) that is mint after all these years with regular use.

    • Yeah I have this watch in black version. It's disappointing to see so many scratches on it after all this time. Makes a premium watch look cheap.

      • I just received mine and it's a bit nuts. When I pull out the crown to position 1 nothing happens. Did or do you have similar issues?

        • When you pull out to position one you should be able to switch between time, calendar, alarm and local time. Position 2 is to adjust each of those functions.

For the same price. I can tell the time with my phone as well as have internet access. Can this watch better that?

    • Good for you. Now move along.

But you look like a goose with a phone strapped to your wrist.

    • +1

Yes it can, even after 6 months after not charging it, it will tell you the time. Try this with your phone

    • No, sold out items are hard to get
