      • Tried that. it worked for a bit until I installed dell drivers, then i had the same issue. I suspect that there's something wrong with the hardware so I'm going to return it. Pretty annoying since I'd expect a refurbished to be working out of the box

    • My DFO XPS 13 arrived today and is DoA. Windows 10 was pre-installed. The laptop booted once but every restart fails to boot with a white light followed by two flashing amber lights at the front. Occasionally the laptop freezes on the Dell logo screen. When I first got the laptop to boot there was some very odd software installed. AMD Catalyst Control Centre was running which really confused me.

      • makes you wonder if they're passing down laptops with problems without fixing them…

        • A technician is coming out in the next few days to replace faulty hardware. Dell Support were quite responsive to my problem. One thing they did get me to do was run a diagnostic check by powering on the PC with the Function button pressed on the keyboard. The result of this test provides a battery health indication which is quite useful.
