Is coconut oil good for cooking? I assume it is suitable for high temperature cooking where extra virgin oil is not suitable. So, is it a good substitute for the likes of sunflower and canola oil, and if so, any benefits? Is it for a better taste?

Any feedback appreciated. Thanks in advance.
