  I've had a bad experience with them years ago. Bought a phone. Had endless trouble with it. Replaced twice. Still same issues. Refused to refund. Ignored OFT. Useless $700 phone sitting my drawer.

    OFT = Office Of Fair Trading. Because I purchased it outright, I don't think the TIO was an option.
