  • Nup not True 4K it's like 720 compared to 1080P days…..ggrrrrr

    • 840X2160 @ 60Hz is that not 4k now?

        • … nah. Take a look at the Wikipedia page for 4K if you want to argue about something so pedantic: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/4K_resolution

Basically, you're wrong. I mean the fact that when everyone refers to a 4K monitor they are talking about that resolution should be enough. I'm not sure how a video with 12,959 views convinced you otherwise. Lol.

  • dam good price for 4k but not too sure about quality. Anyone have experience care to comment?

  • +1

Sorry for the format, very hard to post deals during work :)

    • Good work !!

  • Anyone have any experience with the 24" 144Hz monitors ???

  • I had my eye on that 144hz monitor for a little while, added it to my watch list yesterday even though the price had been jacked up to $308 on DSE eBay (was still regular price on Kogan's eBay store though lol)… idly checked eBay earlier today and saw the prices had dropped for both, inline with the current discount on Kogan's website, but the code only works for DSE eBay so quickly pulled the trigger. Best you can normally do under $200 is 75hz. Only thing is I can't take advantage of Freesync as I currently have a GTX 1060 6GB but thems the breaks. I'm waiting for Vega like everyone else… Then waiting another six months after it launches for Vega prices to drop. Ah well.

  • Well damn, couldn't resist. Bought the 144hz monitor.
    Price is just too good!

  • Is the 144hz pixel perfect or nah? Does the warranty cover dead pixel?

    • It's Dick Smith. They have a 14 day no-questions money back warranty.
