You could probably add Financial Planner to that list.

The answer is politician, why screw one person over when you can screw the whole country?

    • Youre only thinking small scale, screw over the whole world

      • Agent Trump

  • That's a big list of 'B ark jobs' right there

  • all 4 are really bad sales people

Real Estate Agents don't even need to be cunning any more.
List a house -> do nothing -> collect ever-growing commission cheque!

    • Yes they do actually.

      1. Get/Steal listing by badgering owners until they give in usually by bad mouthing the current agent.
      2. Fight off competition from stealing your listing while it is being listed.
      3. Trick buyers into upping their offer price
      4. Pressure sellers into lower price
      5. Steal your colleagues sale by meeting with the seller behind your colleagues' back.

Real estate game is so competitive, everyone has to fight dirty to survive. Just be careful when you list with a "top" agent, it just means that his/her moral standard is lower and is better than other agents at doing those 5 things.

Agree with you for the majority of them, unfortunately.

Probably preaching to the converted, but I've never understood the practice of realestate agents getting about in ridiculous luxury cars. I see the 'pros' mobile advertising, they drive a lot so gotta be comfy, tax writeoff, perception of success - but the huge con is customer perception 'you make so much money/commission off me that I paid for that car/grossly overvalued depreciating asset' just bend me over now. Maybe its just me…

You're not the only one who constantly feels that way.

          Perception of success is overrated.
