  Bonus Qantas Points are based on the Base Rate which applies, or the Minimum Points Guarantee if applicable and for the purpose of this promotion does not include any Status Bonus that may apply for tier members.

  Pretty lame you don't really get double if you have status, just double what you would earn as a bronze member

  And it's not status credits, just points.

        I bought flexible but there is still a $99 cancellation fee if I was to cancel and rebook, oh well, win some lose some.

  Remember that you need to register with your QFF account via the "All passengers in your booking must register separately to earn double points" link. That page is just the generic "registration confirmed" page.

    As Dumax mentions, this offer doesn't apply to Jetstar, but in general - you only earn QFF points on JQ flights if you buy a Plus or Max bundle.

  There are some sweet deals expiring today. I know that PAL have a 75th birthday sale and Qantas arent matching them but nor far off.

  Probably wise booking those flights today.

  Also agree with the above. Points deal on its own is not that exciting but when combined with other deals, is worthwhile if you are bronze.
