Back again and cheaper than ever in this configuration. Apply coupon TA-E470-898 at checkout to get the discount. Lenovo is also offering half price warranty at a ridiculous $63 for 2 years of NBD on-site coverage (as opposed to standard return to base) - a no brainer in my opinion. Feel free to call Lenovo's telesales number on 1300 557 073 with questions during business hours. Ends 11:59pm AEST Sunday. Enjoy :)

Note: Lenovo increased the price by $100 at 10:45pm Friday so I've expired the deal.

According to http://www.abn-lookup.com/firm/oz-bargain-pty-ltd-125343464/ OzBargain's Australian Company Number is 125343464, and its Australian Business Number is 59125343464. It is listed as an Australian proprietary compan

That isn't us. That's Big Discount, a retail shop, nothing to do with us except for having a similar name. Our ABN is at the bottom of the page (Delvu Media 26 144 073 772).

Therefore it would appear that OzBargain is one of Lenovo's corporate clients.

No, it's exactly as said. We buy and use Lenovos as they are the best bang for the buck. If Dell (or whoever) had better deals then we'd go with them.

Thank you for correcting my mistake re OzBargain's ABN. I note that Delvu Media Pty Ltd's ACN is 144 073 772.

I thought TA is the Ozbargain consultant for Lenovo

  • Firstly, thanks TA, I didn't get this but I did get the e570 you posted a while back.

Second. How the hell can Lenovo sell this for ~$830 when i7 NUC is about the same price, no ram, no screen, no keyboard, no HDD, no dedicated graphics no glory…

  • Great price!

How much is this laptop normally?

    • Website says ~$!500 before you put the coupon in. As someone said in earlier comment though, "Another Lenovo deal?" Dunno who pays the RRP on these.

  • can i trade in my year old e460 and get this instead :(

OMG! I finally fell for this deal, just bought it. You are a nasty piece of work TA. Bought with 2 YR warranty too. For the past year or so I was thinking desktop or lappy, but could resist this deal, so finally put down the money and surrender to Lenovo. I hope I made the right decision, only time will tell :)

    @tightarse
It seems the price is reduced to $998 instead of $898 after applying the coupon TA-E470-898.

Was about to purchase because deal is supposed to end tomorrow. What's the reason given by Lenovo? Poor form Lenovo!

asked the online sales person. He directly showed me this page and told me it is expired.

    • It'll get cheaper next week:)

  • Time from Order to shipping was 6 days for me.

Ended up opting for the 2 year warranty but later read the onsite service only applied to metro areas…. so not sure how that works if your outside a capital city. Hopefully i will never have to find out :)
