Does any have any recent experience with (re-/) contracting with Foxtel? I am keen to sign up.

    What packages do you want? Do you just want basic or is there a set you are after?

    If you just want foxtel for foxtel, dont bother - get netflix and/or stan. If you are interested in sports then sign up seperately from any deal (or do the 3 months free with platinum, whatever that deal is) and then at the end of your contract (or sign up with a 1month contract) call up to cancel and they will offer you a deal. I have heard people getting $26/month entertainment+HD or $89 platinum depending on whatever end of the spectrum you want

        And by that i mean the basic entertainment package. Basic entertainment has very limited channels and the majority of which are pretty junk shows repeated non stop. The majority of these can be sourced from netflix or stan on demand if they wanted to watch it

          I watch them frequently too, just when im lazy and flicking channels.. But i wouldnt pay $26 a month alone for entertainment. The only reason I have them is cause they are a requirement to get sport.

        JB HiFi have platinum at $99pm with no lock in contract. Cancel in October when AFL season over
