@singingwolf: I was told by the rep that the Exclusive offer is sent out to women as part of Mother's day Promotion.
This offer was received on my wife's card but not mine.
The bonus points as part of exclusive offer will be credited in the next 3 days as per what he said.

I activated both Flybuys bonus point offer 1000 + 2000 for $100 prepaid mastercard. I bought $100 on Wednesday & I checked my Flybuys balance today and there are only 2000+1000. There isn't any 2000 flybuys bonus on my account as per catalogue.

Agree, this!. It was only ever 2000+1000…..NOT 2000 (catalog) + 2000 (activation offer) + 1000 (targeted up to 10x).
While people might have also been able to activate the 2000pts, it was exactly the same offer as the generic catalog…eg ONCE per Flybuys account (lets forget about households eh!)
I am happy if my 3000pts post for $100
Bought 3 in Coles with different flybuys cards and paid for them on 3 different occasions, paying twice at a self service till and once at a normal point of sale. I paid with a mixture of Coles digital gift card and Coles Myer physical gift card. All went through no problem. In each case I bought it together with another product e.g. free Cadbury chocolate bar.
Did the same.Smallish new machines seems to not allow split payments on giftcards.
I used the new machines too to purchased the gift card (self checkout), it will not allow me to do split payments on gift card.

@howsy: I worked out how to get around the restriction of no split payments on gift cards. Instead of pressing "Split payment", instead select "whole amount". Scan you part payment gift card and enter PIN. It will fail and say your account only has $x, Approve? Click yes and it will ask for our PIN again.
Then repeat as often as you need.

How long after the purchase do you get the bonus points? I bought the $100 mastercard yesterday. The transanction shows up in my account today but there is no bonus points. The receipt has my flybus card details on it so it is not the case of "forgeting to scan".

@singingwolf: excellent I have the same question and would be very interested to know how you go. i.e. If you can get 2000 bonus points from the catalogue offer, then activate the "exclusive to you" 2000 bonus points offer, purchase another card and get another 2000 points.
