I had purchased one of these around 5-6 years ago from NQR.. Different brand, same function. Works well enough!

      • Thumbs up from me too, i had to get one to cook runny eggs for the little fella to dip his toast in.

We have had a similar one for a few years. Perfect eggs every time.

      • Thanks. I'll be buying one!

    • Got one of these as a gift … it works great!

  • I bought one and it was perfect until after a couple of years the colours faded and you couldn't use it anymore. I'd be willing to spend $10 for another one despite the relatively short life, so $2 is a bargain.

    • Ours is still going well since 2014. We use it once or twice a week, so maybe using it a lot wears it out quicker?
Mine was $2.26 on ebay. I'm feeling ripped off!

  • Bought two making Humpty Dumpty proud!

I have the K-mart one and it works fine. $2.00 all the time.

  • So its a bit like setting an egg-timer on your phone, except you have to watch it constantly?

    • No. It measures heat transfer not time.

  • damn! bought 5 of these today for work and for some people at work and paid $8 each for them and thought it was a good price. This is even better! Best eg timers i have ever used.

    • You can now afford to get more work friends.
