  • is it the norm that you can't pay with giftcard for online shop?

    • +1

      Yes, woolies yes, Coles No.

  • Can gift cards of any sort be purchased on coles online?

    • +1

      no

Just a warning - if you apply a coupon and checkout, then later modify the order (I always modify my order about 5 times) the coupon will disappear and you won't be able to add it again as it can only be used once.

The call centre assured me I would get the discount - but it could be applied to my next order instead :-(

    • Was this your first ever order with Coles Online? The call centre said that they could manually apply the coupons to the order if it went wrong. I also modified the order twice and the coupons remained. Phew!

    • Confirming same thing happened to me after I modified the order. Rang the call centre and they gave me a $20 coupon which I can then apply on my next order. Call centre rep seems to know that this was a known bug in their system.

      • managed to convince them to put through a $20 refund instead. Sounds like it was more work for them, but they were happy to put it through for me.

  • NICE

  • Very nice - will be doing an order next week…..

15 minutes at my desk + filter by 50% off and specials + a few essentials not on special + $20 voucher + free shipping = easy savings (time and money) for the groceries this week. Why do I even bother leaving the house at all?

you paid about an extra 10% on non specials ….

      • Really? The milk (fresh and UHT), bread, pasta and meat was all exactly the same price as in store…

        • havent checked for a while, may have to double check ..

        • +2

"more than 70 per cent of products were the same price online as in store"
"brand label items" were sometimes found to be more expensive - if you're willing to pay a premium for name brand, you're probably willing to pay 8-10% more online.

That means I likely paid up to 10% more on 30% of my brand label only items that weren't on special. The only name brand items that weren't on special I bought were margarine, Nesquik, Vegemite and tissues, so odds are one or two of those items was a few cents more. It would have cost me more to start my car.

  • "Sorry, we couldn't find the page you're looking for"

    i receive this error.

  • Hoping they have all my orders in stock unlike woolworths.

    • I ordered a few items and when I went to collect they were out of stock. Bonus was my remaining items were still over $30 so the discount was still applied. Thanks OP!

  • Booo! did i miss it? The code isn't working and the link seems to be broken now?

  • link's not working anymore :(

    • Link is busted but code works still, as of 6PM last night

  • +2

Didn't work for me. Had $120 in my cart for delivery for next week, error: "Not yet qualified" upon checkout

  • Sorry, we couldn't find the page you're looking for
The page may have moved or you might have typed an incorrect URL

Looks like they're shut it down prior to 30 June.

  • probably didn't realised that all these coupons stacked. Now they're in damage control and maybe they'll rerelease it?

  • +1

It's not expired, the KINDERLING code still works when I check out. You just can't stack with different codes.

    • Working for me too.

    • So CLICK10 no longer works?

      • both codes work but only either code at a time.

  • added but i got KINDERLING - Thanks for shopping - here's $20 off! Not yet qualified removeremove this promo code: KINDERLING Not yet qualified
    and i have $118

    • same here. if we place order and call customer service, will they push through the discount?

edit: called coles customer service, they said it should be applied when they create the invoice and charge the card correctly with CLICK10 and KINDERLING. finger crossed.

      • got the same issue here. Have you picked up your order, please report back here how you go with it. Thanks

        • my KINDERLING code didn't work. seems dodgy

        • +1

Nah. Only -$10 applied. Will send email now.

        • @Arch1818:
Unsurprisingly, they suck. Thanks for getting back to me.

    • I'm having the same issue, just now $103 cart. I only put in KINDERLING and not even stack with CLICK10, so don't know why it's "Not yet qualified".

  • am i doing this wrong. I apply the code, it says it worked, yet doesn't take $20 off

  • Based on the comments, can you stack this with CLICK10 ?

    • You could if click10 was applied first. Someone said no longer works above?

  • +1

They seems to fixed it, code does not stack anymore.

  • +2

The KINDERLING code is not working for me. Says not yet qualified. Does not work on its own, without the CLICK10 code.

Any feedback on how others are going after 6pm on 8/5/17, would be great.

  • Also getting "Not yet qualified". Why?

    • They must have pulled the code.

  • both CLICK10 and this code does not stack anymore

  • Does anyone have a cached copy of the original link with the Kinderling code?

Code is not working for me and i want to call customer service to get it sorted.

Quick list I just threw together out of interest -

Australians spend $158 billion on food and we throw as much as 20 per cent of that away.
Expenditure on health in Australia was estimated to be $161.6 billion in 2014.
Australians are spending more than $7.16 billion on fast food meals every year.
Australians will spend $2.4 billion shopping for groceries online
Australia to spend $8.8 billion on Christmas presents
Australians will spend more than $3 billion on Easter chocolate and other food, …

(Estimate in 2012) Australian Households will have spent a total of $642 billion on general living costs including:
$11.7 billion a year on meat versus $2.4 billion a year on seafood
$14.1 billion a year on alcohol versus $1.1 billion a year on tea and coffee
$78.4 billion a year on cars versus $2.2 billion a year on public transport
$8.0 billion a year on beauty versus $2.0 billion a year on brains
$19.0 billion a year on recreational versus $8.3 billion a year on medical
$9.5 billion a year on gadgets versus $5.1 billion a year on fashion
$10.5 billion a year on personal care versus $0.78 billion a year on pet pampering

  • Still working for me.

  • Confirming I just did an order at 18:20 and it worked for me - $100.90 reduced to $80.90 - thanks heaps to OP!!

  • It worked and then it didn't (after I added some extra things to my cart).

Use once only it seems, even if you didn't even "use" it yet.

  • The code was still working around 7:30pm Tuesday.

  • I contacted Coles Online via their message/email and at first they said it was because it excludes liquor, but after removing liquor, it still came up as "Not yet qualified". Now they have said:

"We are currently experiencing some technical difficulties in relation to this promotion code. If you could please call us on 1800 455 400 we will be able to apply a coupon to your account in lieu of the promotional discount."

    • My order placed Sunday said "Not yet qualified" and on the invoice with delivery today there was no $20 discount.

I phoned 1800 455 400 and was given a $20 coupon on my account instead. Took about 2 minutes. I've always experienced great service when I've called them.

      • My placed order was cancelled because store didn't have enough stocks from the particular store I chose for pickup, so they
cancelled the order. The items I placed order were on special, now they are not on special any more, that's bugger.

I had used the code to get $20 discount, so I call 1800 455 400, they couldn't offer the discount price to those items, but they
credit $20 to my online account. Their helpline is more helpful than their stock system!

Previous online order suffered the same fate, unable to fullfill the discount items, order cancelled, two out of three now.

        • You probably needed to tick the box on each item that says "replace with similar item if item not available".

        • @northernculture: Will they charge the sale price for the replacement product?

        • @eyeballz2770: No idea on their replacement rules, sorry. I've never needed a replacement item before.

        • +1

@eyeballz2770: The last time I had a product replaced due to no stock, it was 24 pack of Coke Zero on special and they replaced it with 30 pack and charged the 24 pack special price.

      • Did the same and got $20 credit. A few items were out of stock when I picked up so in the end my order was only like $75 less $20 credit - $55 paid! :)

  • I have not been able to get it working all Tues afternoon and after midnight on Tuesday. Just getting the message 'not yet qualified'

    • Have you tried clearing your cookies and making a new account? It worked for me last night at 9pm.

      • Just tried that, no go. Thanks for the idea.

  • As of this morning, both CLICK10 and KINDERLING worked for me but I could not stack them. I had $130+ worth of groceries in cart.

    • I wonder why it will not work for me? no alcohol or tobacco products and I have never used coles online before.

  • Is it me or are the online prices jacked up? I see tea for over $12 that I saw in-store for $11 just a few weeks ago.

  • KINDERLING still working, thanks OP.

  • pity its been a rubbish 2 catalogues for specials, I can't find a hundred bucks worth of grocery specials that I use in order to make the 20% off worthwhile

  • "Not yet qualified" when I entered KINDERLING after CLICK10 code. Anybody have the link to the terms & conditions?

  • Bought Tuesday but code said "Not Yet Qualified". I complained on feedback form and they credited me with $20 on my account. I said I would be buying from Woolies for a couple of weeks in protest, and I still intend to do that just because of all the hassle.

    • Two weeks? Yup, that's really showin' em.

  • How do we apply this code?
I wanted to stack with the $10 off clickandcollect but dont know where to put the code. This is my first time trying the coles online.

    • +1

Got me to. It's the page after you put in your credit card details.

  • This code doesnt work with the free shipping deal nor the click10.
    That sucks

  • Am i missing something but I reached the credit card page but nowhere I found the field to input the promo code? Can someone help please.

    • it's after you enter your credit info… on the other page you can enter the promo code.. just tried it 2 days ago.

  • Cheers OP :)

Can use this and get the items delivered for $4 as well if you are flexible with your times.

  • What happens if you take a product back to store for a refund (for whatever reason, such as early expiry date)? Do you get full refund back or will they somehow deduct a proportionate split of the $20 discount?

    • they give full refund (at least my store did). My reason was the sub my item because my selected item was out of stock. refunded without question.

  • Called Coles Online prior to making the order. Explained that the KINDERLING code isn't working and that I've definitely never used it before or have any liquor/tobacco in my cart. He manually applied it to my account. Logout then log back in.

It still didn't work for me. Decided to use another computer and logged in from there (still saves your cart so all good), then finally the code was applied.

  • +1

After weeks of not working KINDERLING finally worked for me today. Thanks OP

  • Still worked more than once for me today. Used more than once. Thanks OP

  • Is KINDERLING only for first orders?
