I've posted about deals from SNet before. I think they're a pretty good site - as long as the transaction goes smoothly.
Points in their favour: I was once sent a makeup item where the pressed powder had crumbled during tansit. I contacted the site and was immediately sent a new item, free of charge. I didn't have to return the other item either.
On the other hand, I recently bought perfume/makeup as a combined order from this site. I was led to believe that the order was sent separately in the confirmation email I received. The perfume turned up fine, with no sign of the makeup. I waited a week before contacting SNet and was told they had been sent togther. I informed them that I hadn't received the makeup. They gave me a code to go to the post office/ring up a logistics business to track the parcel. I then looked at the parcel I'd received the perfume in and found out that it was the same tracking number. I have emailed Snet to inform them of this and hopefully they'll reply but…
Just be careful! I feel bad that I've posted a bargain about them before, because if this is a fault on their side (which they're refusing to take responsibility for) then I'd be worried about ordering from them.
If anyone else has any experiences feel free to post them.
I've ordered with SNet before but only individual items, not a big bunch. But I imagine most people would probably bundle a makeup item with their perfume order in order to avoid the 10% surcharge. Keep persisting, hope you get your make up soon.
