  • coupon doesnt work. not sure what's the shipping rate… undiscounted price is higher than what is on static ice.

    • The coupon is working fine. The freight charge is $9.90 you can see this in checkout.

How did you know what the discount code was? Usually OzBargain related codes are posted by reps themselves when the post on this site. Are you a rep?

  • appleseed888, the coupon code does not seem to work. I've included more description in your post. Please see the deal posting guidelines for future posts. More information on shipping rates would also be helpful.

Also from staticice, iiBuy seems to have this for a $1 cheaper. So how is this a special?

By the way, where did you get the coupon from? It seems to be exclusive to this site. Are you a rep by any chance?

    • This is my first post so I keep all that in mind in my next post. A friend mention it who works at the shop. i thought it was a good deal. He gave me the coupon but it also have it on the description page.

    1. I think your site name could get you into trouble, even as a Sony reseller.

    2. What is your ABN?

    3. I think the ACCC would disagree with this:

"2. What do I do if my product becomes faulty?

You will need to contact Sony Australia on 1300-13-SONY.

    1. Who do I return the item back to?

The item does not come back to us. Sony will advise the address for the item to be return. "

The item does not come back to us. Sony will advise the address for the item to be return. “

I thought it was a legal requirement that shops have to offer at least 12 months RTB warranty?

Mwave got a very big slap on the wrist when the ACCC approached them about customer returns and warranty issues.

The fact that this store is explicitly stating that the consumer has to deal with Sony directly justifies a negative vote.

      • Non Sony products comes back to the shop. They have 2 stores.
