Just wanted to know with Centrelink payments for pensions does dates return the same after public holidays or it changes each time when a new public holiday passes? For example monday midnight is normal payment, then a public holiday comes and date changes, but after that public holiday will it be back to Monday midnight?

Public holidays don't effect payment dates for pensions. They do effect payments you need to report first before the payment is made the next day- you can't report on a public holiday.
