JetStar 1c Fares - 19 February 2008
A WEEK after Virgin Blue introduced the 1c airfare, rival airline Jetstar has announced it will offer the same deal across six of its Australian routes.
The low-cost carrier has followed Virgin Blue’s lead with 5000 special web one-way fares exclusively to its JetMail members.
Routes include:
- Sydney to Melbourne
- Sydney to Gold Coast
- Melbourne to Launceston
- Melbourne to Hobart
- Melbourne to Newcastle and
- Brisbane to Newcastle.
The JetSaver Light sale will take place at 8pm on Tuesday, February 19, with fares available for travel between May 3, 2008 – June 3, 2008 on selected days and flights only.
Fares paid by credit or charge cards will have an additional $3 fee, but direct internet bank account payments are available.
Anyone not registered to JetMail can do so prior to 11.59pm on Monday, February 18.
