  • Ordered, hopefully it shows up unlike when I purchased this item through another seller :/

I've purchased goods through gear best a few times and they've usually arrived after 2 or 3 weeks

  • Finally ordered a miband2, knocked my 1s out of the strap a few months ago and lost it, miss the sleep tracking.

Is the Mi Band 2 really worth it?

    • +4

      It's worth $26.00.

      • +2

        If only it was $26.21.

      • +1

        Ok, I will wait then…

    • I went back to 1S as the sleep tracking was so much worse on the 2. But yeah, for the price they're both awesome. Now go buy one.

  • Can not find the link of Micro SDHC Card Reader US $0.10

@Gimli: mind if I watch you two, at it?

  • Who doesn't have these already, there is a post for them every week !

    • +1

Me! I can't seem to be able to wear one with a regular watch. Looks silly

      • Use the other hand?

  • Thanks, just got one.

  • Haven't received it .. ordered mid of April

    • Their free shipping is up to 30 business days, so expect 6 weeks, although in my experience the longest I've had to wait is 7 1/2 weeks. It's frequently only a few cents for the Australia priority option, which is usually much faster.

    Card reader usb 2
    Supports 32gb max

    Not worth 14c

  • The Mi Band 2 is well worth the money.

Just be careful updating the app whenever there are updates available. Best to wait a couple of days to see if there are any issues with the update before updating it on your device. The last couple of updates have been nothing but problems.

    • Anyone else having the heart rate function stop working? I get an x on the screen.

  • It says the Mi Band code has expired and raises the price?

    • Well I was a bit slow though I hadn't reloaded this deal cleary 23 minutes as I hadn't seen your post saying it had expired.

  • Bought one for $40 from Aus seller…. worth every penny… i have charged it once on 19 of April and it still has 40% of battery left.. new firmware update displays calories burned as well… very elegant and good value for money

    • Yeah the battery life on both 1S and 2 are amazing. I can't even remember the last time I had to charge mine and it's still at 43%. 3-4 weeks maybe?

  • Maybe the deal has expired (as in 500 uses) for "Original Xiaomi Mi Band 2 Smart Watch for Android iOS - BLACK" as when I use iOSMIB as the promotion code it goes from AU$29.89 (before shipping) and states: "The Code you entered has expired." and then shows AU$48.55.

"944 Pieces left" but at the higher price now that it seems over (of AU$29.89).

I am logged into my GearBest account when I tried the above and had HK as the shipping from location.

  • Got one thanks

  • The code above increased the price for me.

      Every Ozbargainer's worst nightmare.

  • Bloody Gearbest..
Misus ordered some iPhone case off of them.. never arrived.. although the delivery status said otherwise.
    Emailed them.. no reply.
    Going through paypal now.

  • Anyone knows where to get a good replacement strap? Would like genuine Xiaomi but not sure if that's even possible?

    • +1

I got a random one off eBay. My original started to get worn out. The eBay one is still going strong. I also got a spare charger off eBay too since I lost it on travels.

      • Can you share me the link to this particular seller? I've read that some replacement straps aren't that great and the unit keeps coming off so would want to get a reliable one. Is the spare charger from the same seller btw? I tend to misplace my charger as well ๐Ÿ˜Š

        • +1

          Replacement Strap here

          Replacement charger here

I'm not associated with any buyer. I was overseas when I lost the charger and my strap was wearing out too, so when I ordered on eBay the shipping and long delivery times didnt bother me as long as it was delivered before I was home which was around a month.

The strap does feel different in comparison to the original, but its held up longer than the original so far. There's different styles if you do a search, but I'm cheap and went for cheap.

        • Thanks! Ordering one of each.

  • Maybe Ebay for the replacement straps?

  • Does the Mi Band 2 have capability to set alarms (vibration) and, assuming it does, are you limited to how many a day you can set?

With the great battery life this could be a useful medication reminder for a relative providing it allows at least seven or eight alarms each day (and they must be able to set for daily recurrence).

    • +1

Yes it does through the Mi Fit App.

      • +1

you can set up to 3 alarms

        • Thanks for that detail - that wouldn't be enough for him…

May still get myself one to try as I think it's time to retire my Jawbone Up2 and Up3.

  • Available again with a new code Band2EUK for those who missed it last night, not sure how many left but working at the moment.

    • Expired again but thanks for posting.

      • That was quick, thanks for letting me know.

  • FYI : Ordered 23/5. Turned up brisbane 16/6
