All you need to do is register with this store. While they say they only cater for businesses (bulk purchasing) I noticed that they have registration for personal users, where you don't need to enter an ABN. Their prices tend to be around $10-20 cheaper than cheap online perfume stores, and anywhere from $20+ cheaper than face to face retailers. If you buy more than 6 of the same product, you get an extra $3 off each product. You need to purchase a minimum of 5 perfumes (mixed), which excludes minis and testers. They have a fairly large range. If you want to wait a few weeks, I've ordered some today and I'll be able to let people know how good their service is. :) I ordered;

The minimum shipping price, though, is $16.50 - and will cover you up to quite a large number of perfumes, so the more you buy, the cheaper they will be, unit price. For 5 perfumes, the cost of delivery could be averaged out to $3.40 each, so you are still saving a good amount on the purchase. I figure if you go into this with a friend or a couple of friends, you can save money by each buying a couple of perfumes, and then you don't need to buy more perfume than you could get through in a lifetime :P

EDIT (16/09/10): I received my package today. All perfumes were in great condition. They are sent through the eparcel nextwork. I ordered on Friday, they sent the order out on Monday after payment confirmation. Credit card payments attract a 2% surcharge. Pretty good experience overall.
