  • Yeah it seems a bit cheap at $2.59.

    Bargain if true :)

These have also been out of stock for over a month

    Out of stock, no backorders.

  • Strange, why they would advertise it on their site, but not have any stock at all.

  • Has anyone actually gone into a Sydney Officeworks store and actually asked for it, by name?

Did they go out the back and have a look?

  • Where does it say out of stock? I can place it in my shopping cart and get an estimated price for delivery. Does that mean its available in my area? I havent bought one. I dont think i will. We really have no space for it here unfortunately. Definately a bargain though!

It will only check stock levels for your location once you sign in with an account.

  • awesome bargain if you can find one in stock.

SCAM!! SCAM!! SCAM!! SCAM!! SCAM!! SCAM!! SCAM!!

they dont have any stock, ITS just to LURE U TO SIGN UP AN ACCOUNT, get your details and probably gonna bombard u with junk emails, ads. , calls etc.

Don't be silly. It's a clearance, they just cleared out all their stock. Their shopping cart sucks, only showing stock levels once you log in, but that's not a scam.

The issue is people posting Officeworks clearance items on OzBargain when there might only be a few left and only in a limited location. Long before any item gets as deeply discounted as this they're sold out almost everywhere.

Well at that price im not suprised its out of stock.

Cause 1 customer might of bought like 30 each, being that cheap, i probably would of bought 20 just for the fun of it.

    • telling others here your buying excessive quantities, is like a newbie asking people to be easy on them thier new, its just annoying

      be greedy in private

  • nup. nada. nothing. sydney only. none left. actual stock levels (ie none) only visible when you log in.

    no deal!

I'll call this sort of a scam too. This was posted on another site 4 days ago and i called them to enquire about stock. They said they had none left at any of the stores. That was 3 days ago. I'm suprised they still have this up online. More like a bait for you to come online and sign up.

  • Sorry - we were unable to continue, please check the following messages
Product OWLUXE is not available for backorder

    pl mark post as misleading

  • I saw this a week ago on their website and didn't bother posting as it was out of stock when i logged in (conned me into signing up for an account lol).

I don't know why these and other "clearance" items are still on their website when they are "out of stocki and not available for backorder". JB Hi-Fi online store does this as well with rediculous prices for their clearances.

I suspect it might have something to do with their finance departments writing these down to $0.

    • stock levels are non existant. If you call 1300 633 423 you can find out which stores have stock. If there is stock, chances are it will probably be either faulty or returned stock.

      • these are $35 rrp. If you lived outside Sydney you would be spending at least $30 in fuel driving there and back. A joke right?
