Acer bought ETEN a few years ago, might be one of those models
The Liquid E (Liquid series) are Android smartphones.
The beTouch device (from the supplied image) also appears to be an Android smartphone.
Acer are quite poor in updating these phones to newer versions of Android and tend to release a new model instead (with no hardware changes).
Put price in title. And it definitely looks like you're paying the that "free" phone.

This works out to be $728+ postage(after cashback). Has the same cpu, ram, graphics, OS, and usb 3.0, which this deal does not.
minor correction: its Bluetooth 3.0, not USB 3.0.

I bought a similar model (exact config except with better i5 processor but no dedicated GPU) 6 months ago
Paid only $900 which included a bonus 1TB HDD and 3 MS Office 2007 licenses = 3 MS Office 2010 (free upgrade)
BIG problem is the battery life and no eSata or Bluetooth
The Free smartphone (BTouch 120) is on android - so its good…
But could get a better review for this product

Android 1.6? Thats really outdated… not to mention the CPU is only about 400mhz.
bloody acer aspires monitors suck. Notorious for breaking down. Just google white screen acer and issues everywhere
