http://www.catchoftheday.com.au/smallfish_info.php?products_…

I know its risky posting a cotd special, and im not too happy with them as a customer (from a marketing perspective), but a bargain is a bargain and if you want it enough, there are things your prepared to overlook.

Ebay auctions from http://www.ebay.com.au have these at auctions from $20.00, you can get this from cotd for $21.90 delivered.

Sure the headsets you get with your xbox 360 consoles do the job, but i bet im not the only one that gets a really sore ear after a long gaming session and these look really comfortable.

  • audio on one side only? CBF reading . just looking @ illustration

    • for Xbox 360 gaming, audio on one side is preferably so your other ear can more clearly hear the tv noises.

  • •Soft mono ear-cup cushions your ear

  • i dont know 100%, but some ebay sellers are saying you can use these for ps3, although the drawback seems it will have to be a wired usb connection

    • +1

Instead of getting a new headset solely for my PS3, I ordered a microphone to USB connector thingo for ~$3 AUD.

I hope when I receive it, it'll actually do what it's supposed to do.

      • Which headset will you use with this adapter?

        • The sh*thouse Plantronics 367, lol.
People say it has good bass but I say otherwise. =/

Although the mic is pretty clear according to the people I talk with online.
And I really like the 'mute' switch right next to the volume control.

I'd upgrade, but the next headset I'm buying MUST be wireless!
Sick of saying things like "gonna take a piss, brb".

Check out Amazon reviews before you buy this guys. A lot of people are complaining about the piece being too tight and getting a sore head after a while.. Among other things.

    • Thanks for sharing.

    • it's because most xbox users have big heads.

    • pretty much it's an epic fail headset

seriously . unless you are deaf in one ear . then I guess it's okay ?

      • It's for an XBOX360 so speech comes through the headset and sound comes from the TV/sound system.

      • HAHAHA thats pretty much a fail comment
        seriously!
        BWAHAHAHAH!
