Some worrying feedback
During the past month:
"It not a new phone. Some chip in the phone some dirt in speaker area."

Also doesn't appear to be Aus stock, like many eBay listings the item location doesn't necessarily match the origin of the product.
I agree, 34 negative and 36 neutral feedback in one month is worrying.
Lots of feedback suggesting used/refurbished phones that are re-sealed in boxes

Almost bought then saw the reviews, just flagging for people to check
DO NOT PURCHASE THIS DESPITE WHAT THEY SAY. I personally bought this as a present for my mother a few months ago and found that it is indeed a refurbished phone. When I got it I found numerous amounts of things that was off about it.
Firstly the phone itself. The plastic protector that you usually peel when you buy a new iPhone from apple is sealed down with not bubbles showing, this one however had bubbles showing so that was a straight away tell for me. Secondly, I noticed that the top left corner of the screen had started lifting almost as if the adhesive wasn't adhering properly (still have yet to dispute this matter).
Now onto the accessories. The included EarPods were deadset fake (oems they try to convince you are the same that are sold in apple stores), purchasing my fair share of EarPods from Ebay encountering a fair amount of fakes/replicas, the ones included had a cable that was flimsy and had a plastic feel to it and the sound quality was not even close to true apple EarPods.
Secondly, both cables (included in box and the bonus gift) had me a bit skeptical. The additional cable had no writing on it and no clear identification of it being made by Apple and the included one had a serial which when I checked didn't show on apple's site. Additional power plug was fake too with the text on the bottom being unreadable, feeling light in comparison and having that cheap smell of plastic that you sometimes get from fake chinese replicas. Safe to say I tossed out basically all the accessories they provided and used my own extras.
So yeah you should steer clear from this. I definitely will not be buying from these people again and if anything i'm gonna stay away from purchasing iPhones that are no longer being produced by Apple because unless they're being sold by local stores. I would of been more happy with a second hand iPhone that I personally inspected myself than this.
