CNET Exclusive Discount: FREE Panda Cloud Antivirus Pro Edition

Panda Security is offering free license keys for Cloud Antivirus Pro 1.3 to users who register using this download link. You'll be required to enter your name and e-mail address to receive the license key, which is good for one year. Also note that during the registration process, the checkout cart will state at some point, "Your card hasn't been charged yet." This is apparently a cart template and does not affect users who are taking part in the license key giveaway.

  • not working and probably a marketing scam

  • Link not working as well.

  • I went to the CNET website and clicked on the clicked on the "CNET exclusive offer"

Seemed to lead me in the right direction to the panda security shopping cart, however the button looks pretty dodgey i have to admit.

    • Dodgy in what way?

Note to OP: no, the link does not work

      • Just the whole box is just photoshopped together like a questionable web ad, with the text slightly pixelated, strange formatting and underlined links in buttons.

  • I am curious, is this better than avast or free avg?

    • AVAST is best IMO.
Also they have panda cloud anti virus that is free

      • just because you dont like it, doesnt mean to neg it. i dont like mcdonalds but if they were giving away free burgers would i neg it NO!

        • Chill winston. I'm sure the neg is because the link doesn't work.

      • though i agree with your opinion… its not a valid neg.

  • +1

Why dont stick with microsoft security essentials? (voted best by lifehacker)

    • Agreed. It works and is free.

      • Disagree… Lol its from Microsoft from all places. I have no faith in the "brand" any more.

  • Link is dead.

  • You guys want to try good free for life antivirus, i suggest one of these:

    -Avira Antivirus
    -Microsoft Security Essentials
    -Avast Antivirus

Im currently using Avira, and it works so well.

  • My experinces over the last 5 years.
Panda is a very good product at picking up Virus and especially spyware, P-cloud been really good too.
Avira is a very good free one,Avast is good too but these ones have missed a few infections in the past , where panda scanned and did the trick.
FREE AVG = VERY AVERAGE, picked up a lot of infections on people Pc's with this product.
    Nortons is saggware and annoying.
    Mcafee = a bit better
