    Using it daily, a good bag for commuters, however the top handle has worn out and chipped pretty badly after one year.

        I am not sure if this is considered as normal wear and tear so didn't bother, as nothing has lost its functionality in any way, just feels really rough when I hold it.

    I just took my second one back to DJ's for warranty repair today. Thank goodness these comes with 3 years warranty.After 14months, the bottom of my first backpack started wearing through so I took it in for warranty repair and was replaced with a brand new bag. 7 months on and my new bag is back in because it's come away at the seems for the handles.
    Not the quality I expected from a Samsonite.

      Yep I got my last Samsonite backpack from Bagworld - usually cant be beat on price.
      I would say this is a good deal for Myer being $14 cheaper than Bagworld.

      Website is down. Not "hacked" though.
      They are hosting on www.offshoreracks.com which sounds pretty shotty to me.
      Furthermore, if you use a VPN to access the site (I used Netherlands), it is still live.
      They might have some geo-bound firewall rules that are screwing us over?
