  • There was another deal from Clive Peeters on this site for $599 (but it was EX400). http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/32365

    Here's a comparison: http://www.sony.com.au/product/CompareProducts.action?site=h… and I couldn't see much difference.

The downside of the Sony is there is no multiple channel preview, and the channel numbers are a little bit too small for my mum to read from afar.

  • I'm looking at picking up the 46" version and Grays seems to have a good deal for a soiled carton at $1275 + delivery…. http://www.graysonline.com/retail/kdl46ex500/new-46-inch-ex5…

never bought from them so not sure what I'd be getting into. Cheapest on static ice is 1550 + del..

Also was at Myers, Sydney city which had heaps of TV's on clearance. Just had a glance as I was running out of time. But there was Pan 46" S10 965….

    • Be aware of the 12.5% buyers premium for Grays.. ie the TV is probably actually $1434.38 +shipping

      • "Buyer's Premium is not applied to Buy Now Sales, as these reflect a retail environment"
Seems like no added premium, Shipping costs to my place in NSW is 35AUD. In total 1305Aud delivered.
Read a lot about high shipping costs. I think 35AUD is very reasonable, maybe even less than most online retailers.

        • Nice. I've never purchased from Grays because of the commission you pay on purchases. Always added a fair bit to the final price.

        • Agrees, $35 for a TV to be shipped seems very cheap.
