        somehow i think 9 working days aint gonna happen for me.. ordered on 1st at night. So that would be delivery on this upcoming tuesday 14th november. Considering no email with confirmation of dispatch yet (even though their live chat support has assured me for the last 3 days in a row..we are processing…what a load of shit as grandma catherine tate would say) i think very unlikely. very disappointing. yet they have had my $835 since the 1/NOV.

        @Gr8deel:They certainly improved the dispatch quality. All items are well packaged now. Mine is S8 so may not be on high demand, that's probably why it only took 9 working days. If you are no longer keen to get it from amaysim so cancel the order for full refund may be a good option since yours is not dispatched yet.

        so two weeks after ordering on the 1st Nov with no shipment confirmation I call (instead of live chat) and voice my displeasure. Two hours later a shipment confirmation email comes in and supposedly the phone is now at least in the process of getting here from Hong Kong which I'm sure will take another 3-5 days. So it will end up being three weeks. Pretty poor effort Amaysim. ( S8+, black)

        @Gr8deel: received mine yesterday. Ordered 1st Nov, received 16th Nov. Bubble wrapped, phone box shrinkwrapped with amaysim seal on box (had been opened). Phone boots to setup screen with "English (australia" selected. UAE version firmware.
        Phone appears brand new. Also came with 4 port USB wall charger, australian adapter, $10 credit and amaysim sim, pamphlet about the 2 year warranty. All was inside a linen amaysim carrybag/mini backpack! so they have redeemed themselves a bit now.

    mine shows no evidence of being second hand. the phone, box, accessories are all pristine. Checks of IMEI, SN, manufacture date ( early october 2017) all check out fine. Box was shrinkwrapped (obviously by amaysim after their check) with white circular amasyim seal sticker on top of the black square samsung seal sticker
