AmEx Supplementary Cards on Online Dashboard

Hey guys, I know there's people more knowledgeable than me here on OzB so thought I'd ask the wise minds here.

With the "old" AmEx online layout, you could "scroll" through all your cards (primary and supplementary) on the top right hand corner, then scroll down and go to the "Offers" tab at the bottom and save offers to each card this way. This worked really well if you had many cards (if they were all in your name and in your one account that is).

With the "new" layout, I find I can't do this anymore.

Here's my situation:

  • I have an Explorer and Platinum Edge, both as a primary cardholder.
  • Each of these has 5 supplementaries each.
  • The majority of these supplementaries are in my name, and are in my main AmEx account. I have a couple of cards under my partner and brother's names, which have their own separate accounts.
  • My partner also has an Explorer under her name, as a primary cardholder, and has one supplementary card, namely myself. This card is registered to my main AmEx account.
  • In my online dashboard, the only cards I can access "fully" (that is, see the balance, save offers, etc) are my primary Platinum Edge, primary Explorer and supplementary Explorer (from dot point 4 above).

How can I access "fully" all my other supps (to save offers to, specifically)?

What do all you OzB'ers do, with having 20+ cards each?

Thanks for any input into this mystery :)

PS: Before anyone asks, no, my maths skills haven't proved useful here unfortunately :(

Same happened to me when they updated the layout of their web portal.

Since then, I've needed to view my supp cards via the iOS app to see.

    • Ah thanks Andy. That's what I do too, I was just wondering if anyone was able to 'hack' the desktop version in order to do the same, but your post confirms that this is indeed not possible. I wonder if I Live Chat/Call them whether they can give a solution or not…
