At least Videopro is local stock, but I do tend to agree with the OP on B&M stores in relation to pick up and returns. All the mailing stuff becomes tedious.
I have the QC 20i and they are very good for bud earphones. Particularly good for planes so you can get some sleep. I had a friend who bought the QC30 and he thought he was getting dropout on one side due to the bluetooth location to the portable music source.
Anyone who wants some really good quality and low budget wireless earphones go for the KZ ZS3 with an attachable Bluetooth cable.
