I've never known Zavvi to sell anything but UK/EUR versions from my 10+ orders with them.

General delivery times once shipped (sometimes they take a couple days to ship even when the item is in stock, but when it's out of stock I have found it takes them up to 10 days to even get the stock from their supplier) are usually 7-10 working days to Brisbane.

I bought BO on PC and always seem to find myself going back to MW2 because even with dedicated servers, it lags TERRIBLY. They improved the lag but MP is nowhere as smooth as MW2, this game still rocks regardless of the tubers.
