I just saw that Borderlands is being sold for only $9.99 today only at the new Microsoft Games for Windows Marketplace. I have not bought it so not sure if it is available in Australia or not, but there is nothing to say it isn't. Someone test it out and see how it goes.

        You might actually need a US credit card. Personally, I would recommend avoiding GFWL like the plague. I bought my copy from GamersGate during a sale for $10. The Steam Christmas sales will almost definitely sell it for around $10.

      I have never tried this before but does this "idea" work for the Steam US Store?
      They always seem to have it cheaper than us even though the AU and US stores use US currency

    Avoid the Microsoft store. Unless you want your games to go the way of those playsforsure music files you purchased when Microsoft loses interest.
