      • Hello,

I believe you commented on the wrong post. We never have an ebay store, and we never sell rotors. Please edit or take off your comment because it is a false review.

          @jl70:

If you are unable to provide the PROOF of your false statement here, we will commence an investigation into false and defamatory reviews and should we discover that your review is malice in nature, we will seek legal actions against you.

          Thanks

  • To clarify this,

WE, SPAREPARTSHUB, provides a 100% genuine Bosch Products. In terms of refunds, we do provide refunds to those who asked POLITELY, but not to those who publicly attacked us on public forum, we cannot process the refund on a public forum as we need your invoice. We do have a certain guidelines for a refund, in which you can read about them in our website, which includes evidence or a description of how the wipers didnt perform as expected. We can provide proofs that we have indeed refunded our customers in the past few years. Please be a smart buyer and refrain from false reviews and statements.

    Thank you.

        • @coolim:

All your payments are made through paypal, in which you can dispute. Have a read through our policy page. We only strives to provide the best service in our business dealings.

          Cheers

    • We do provide a full refund if the wiper proves to be faulty. We provides a 100% genuine products on our website, we have sold the Bosch wiper since 2015, and always provides a refund.

The guidelines to a refund is, provide a proof or how the wiper fails to perform, because we have encountered a lot of a cases that people didnt fit the wiper 100% into the arms, causing the wiper to streak, so we only look out for our customers, before they inquire for a refund, we try to help them about their problem, may it be a fitment issue, or the windshield issue, if all else fail, we will provide a 100% refund.

      Simple as that.

      Cheers

    • Hi,

If we are a dodgy seller as the commenter above aggressively stated, why do we tirelessly stand here protecting our name? Why do we tirelessly ask the commenter above for his email that never arrived so we can refund him the money? Think about it, would a dodgy seller do that? if we are a dodgy seller, we would've just taken the quick exit out, use another name or store, and sell other stuff. We are still here, because we are an honest business owner, who wants to provide a good and affordable wipers for the Australian market. I hope this clarifies our good name.

      Cheers

  • +7

Bad public relations. The negativity should be resolved privately. This appears to be good value but a risky deal.

    • We have tried. We initially did not want to reply his aggressive comment, we requested for him to contact us via email, to process his refund. But he did not sent us anything, which leaves us no choice but to reply him here. I must say, he did a lot of damage to our good name falsely, accusing us of things that we absolutely did not do, accusing and attacking us on a public forum. We have tried our best to stand our ground. I hope you, or other potential customers will judge us fairly, will see that we did not do what he said.

    • +3

The seller is trying to resolve it privately, but the purchaser is not happy and seems to want to smear their name rather than have it resolved.

I think name and shame is justified if there is absolutely zero response from the seller, or complete refusal to replace/refund, but it looks to me that the disgruntled purchaser is not interested in that, he just wants to smear them, and that is not cool.

      • Thank you.

  • +9

Clearly an unprofessional seller in regards to customer service! :)

    • +1

^ this kills it for me! Makes you lose confidence in a company real quick

  • +6

Website is very amateur and does not instill confidence. Footer of linked page….

Add some text to show here in your Theme Settings.

    • Woops, fixed.

      Thanks for pointing that out.

Based on the comments above, no deal. Was looking at wipers but don't like the attitude from store. Ozbargainers stick together. What happened to "the customer is always right". Not let's try silence them.

    • Hi there

All we are trying to do, is to solve the issue privately in a way that works for everyone. He refused to do this privately, calls us out in the open, publicly attacking us, when we are looking for a win win solution. I think this kind of attitude is intended to damage our name only, not looking for any solution. I hope you can see it from our side, Yes the customer is always right, but that does not give them the right to publicly attack a store, falsely damage their name and getting out of it. We have filed a report to the authority for the commenter above, and we will seek legal action against him, or anyone who does the same in the future.

      Cheers

      • +13

Threatening legal action against an unhappy customer. Not the best look. This comment just cemented my earlier view. Cheers

        • Hi

One unhappy customer that asks for a refund but dont want to give us their invoice number even though we have asked for it about 10 times, so we can refund him, and tirelessly attacks us on a false basis in the public forum, damaging our name.

          To each their own.

          Cheers

I bought pair from this seller when they first posted on ozbargain.

The package for the items making it look like good quality wipers, but I'm wrong.

Replaced my old wipers to Bosch wipers during there was raining in Sydney for next couple days, from the started it's was awesome and pretty good.

But after I used for week or less the wipers started to playing up like leaving residuals on the windscreen during the uses.

Ended up getting $20-$30 unbranded wipers from eBay that even last longer than this Bosch wipers.

My advise to those buyer that still thinking of getting one from this seller, "buy at your own risk" and don't complaining later on that we don't giving feedback.

    • I don't see what this has to do with Bosch wipers or Spare Parts Hub, as I've always used Bosch blades and found them to be the pretty good.

Also, most of the time when you replace the wipers on your car, it's best to also give your windscreen a proper clean/polish to allow the new blades to wear in.

Won’t neg the post but the reps are just acting like children, tiredlessly arguing in a public post. I won’t want to deal with people like this. If you know a bit of customer relationship handling, kindly ask the person to pm you for resolution.

    • We did. About 10 times, since our previous post. Keep on attacking us publicly leaves us no choice but to address the issue here.

      Cheers

    • +2

It has been good hearing both sides of a story. Sellers can be jerks, but so can customers.

I think the reps have done a pretty good job replying so far. They haven't made any personal attacks and seem to have focused on answering questions.

  • Then there were 2

  • Well what a shit show.

An eBay store would instill more confidence because I would at least be guaranteed a refund if product doesnt do as advertised? I actually need replacement wipers… 😧

  • +2

I can confirm that Adrian/Jocelyn provided me a full refund including returned shipping after I returned the wipers. The wipers were not good in my opinion as they were noisy and and making streaks after few weeks. Cleaning the windscreen did not help. After discussing the matter over emails with Adrian, he accepted the return for a refund. There was an issue with his paypal but he refunded with direct deposit. In terms of the product, I am still not convinced that the Bosch Clear Advantage was good for me but Adrian kept his word in refunding me.

Negging due to major issue with retailer. Member jl70's action here and in OP's previous post is understandable because in July his complaint did not meet such eagerness to refund observed herein. OP's following post description included …

Refunds will only be made for faulty products.

… which OP removed following Member Scab's comment.

Assuming the current refund enthusiasm is sincere, lacking the invoice number should not prevent identifying a customer buying so many wipers named similar to @johnleckie70

Consequently, Member jl70's warnings are useful and relevant to prospective customers.

    • -2

What rubbish, you sound like jl70 in that your expectations and reasoning is unrealistic.

In the grown up world, you don't throw your hands in the air when you don't get your way.

    • I'm not sure why anyone didn't mention it in the previous post, but there's is nothing illegal about

Refunds will only be made for faulty products.

It's just an abridged version of what's plainly stated on the ACCC site:

Consumer guarantees do not apply if you:

      • got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it
      • misused a product in any way that caused the problem
      • knew of or were made aware of the faults before you bought the product
      • asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of the business or were unclear about what you wanted

      Source

  • jl70 has requested to have his comments removed from this deal due to SPH threatening with legal action. I have requested jl10 to send me the invoice and can verify that he is indeed a customer of SPH.

@SPH — please note that OzBargain takes legal threats seriously. If you wish to threaten our users over negative reviews, please do not come here to post deals.
