Please tell us how much shipping CentreCom so we can make a decision whether this is a bargain or not.

Also tell us payment options available and surcharges for credit card payments, etc.

You need to add more info to your posting, seems lazy to me.

    • Hi,
As there size is big, the postage will be $8.25(VIC) and $18 (Australia Wide).

      • $79 + $18 p&h, tad expensive for a bargain.

        • Plus 2% for credit card.

I don't want to have to create an account just to find out p&p.

Edit: thanks for p&p costs (although $18 pretty much wipes out the discount).

  • does this come with ink and everythhing you need to use?

    • Yes, it comes with the ink and ready to use.

  • Great deal. Cartridges are refillable, and bulk ink is a lot cheaper than getting ripped of buying overpriced cartridges. Just make sure you get the pigmented black ink (not the dye black).

    • Is the all-in-one colour cartridge refillable as well?

    • Where to get the pigmented ink?

      • Search for PG510 bulk ink. One example listed as link in my post above.

  • Never buy from this company they are deceptive and don't give any support on anything you buy. My sons laptop is still "in warranty" for the 3rd time for a total of nearly 5 months now, almost more than he has used it for - despite calling and calling I can't get anywhere or a refund they just blame the manufacturer. When I ordered the latop they double charged my credit card too I had to call them and get it fixed, took 3 weeks for the money to be returned which made paying bills a little hard.

I hate to be that guy, but Centrecom aren't one to talk about slagging the competition.

      • +3

Typical arrogant response from there, not how can we help or fix this or this is bad please call me NO NO NO just a snide one line remark. This is why I will never deal with them again.

Your refund rights are listed in legislation.

You are entitled to a refund if you buy faulty or defective goods.

Alternatively, you can choose to swap the faulty product for one that's working, or have it repaired. It's your decision. So don’t be bullied into waiting for a repair if you just want your money back.

And don't let the store brush you off by saying you've got to deal with the manufacturer. The trader who sold you the goods must sort out the problem for you.

Do you think you're entitled to a refund but the trader is refusing to give you one? You should contact your local Consumer Affairs/Fair Trading organisation http://www.choice.com.au/Reviews-and-Tests/Money/Shopping-an… for advice.
